Here is some information about our terms and conditions that you will find in our Tour Agreement/Contract. Please note that Scooterbella Vespa Tours is a brand of CUSTOMWALKS ITALIA SRL. The contract will be made with Customwalks Italia SRL.

1. **General Applicability**  
   The terms and conditions outlined here apply to most tours offered by CUSTOMWALKS ITALIA SRL (CWI), an Italian limited liability licensed tour operator.

2. **Reservation and Contract Formation**  
   Upon requesting a reservation, clients will receive a complete booking contract. By making a reservation, the client agrees to enter into a contractual agreement with CWI.

3. **Deposit and Final Payment**  
   - **Regular Tours**: A non-refundable deposit of €300 per person is required.  
   - **Private Tours**: A higher non-refundable deposit than €300 per person may be required.  
   - **Final Payment**: The remaining balance is due 90 days before departure.

4. **Payment Methods**  
   Payments can be made via international bank transfer to CWI's Euro account in Italy or by credit card through a secure online portal hosted by NEXI. Clients are responsible for all bank fees associated with international transfers. Credit card payments incur an additional fee:  
   - **Deposit**: 2% fee.  
   - **Final Payment**: 4.5% fee.  
   Payments are processed in Euros, with conversions to the client's home currency based on prevailing foreign exchange rates. Refunds, if applicable, will also be processed in Euros, and CWI is not liable for any discrepancies due to exchange rate fluctuations.

5. **Cancellation by Client**  
   The following cancellation fees apply based on the timing of written notice:  
   - **More than 90 days before departure**: Loss of deposit.  
   - **89 to 60 days before departure**: 33% of the tour price per person.  
   - **59 to 31 days before departure**: 50% of the tour price per person.  
   - **30 to 0 days before departure**: 100% of the tour price per person.  
   No refunds are available after the tour commencement.

6. **Cancellation Due to Force Majeure**  
   If a tour is canceled due to Force Majeure, clients will receive a travel credit equal to 100% of the monies paid. This credit can be used toward an alternative tour with a departure date in the current or next calendar year.

7. **Tour Cancellation by CWI**  
   CWI reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time. Cancellations may occur due to inadequate group size, Force Majeure, terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If CWI cancels a tour for reasons other than Force Majeure or the fault of the client, the client may:  
   - **a) Accept a substitute tour**: If available and agreed upon, with adjustments for any price difference.  
   - **b) Receive a full refund**: Refunds will be processed as soon as possible.

8. **Liability and Incidental Expenses**  
   CWI is not liable for any incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred by the client, including but not limited to, costs for visas, vaccinations, non-refundable transportation, accommodation, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment.

9. **Guaranteed Departures and Small Group Policy**  
   Specific details regarding guaranteed departures and small group policies vary by tour type. Clients should refer to the "Guaranteed Departures" tab for detailed information.
