Reservations, payment and cancellation:
We will send you a trip agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of
payment and cancellation.
To reserve your space on the trip, a deposit is requested of either $200 USD
or Euro 200, depending on the trip.
Payment can be made by:
A) credit card, in which case you will be charged the equivalent of the
quoted price in your local currency.
B) by bank transfer to our nominated $USD account.
New Zealand clients can pay by electronic bank transfer to our $NZ dollar
account the equivalent amount in $NZ dollars to the $USD price.
If you decide to cancel your trip, the following fees apply at the time
(prior to departure) we receive written notice of your cancellation. More
than 90 days before departure loss of deposit.
Between 60 and 89 days before departure 50% of the trip price per person.
Between 31 and 59 days before departure 75% of the trip price per person.
Between 0 and 30 days before departure 100% of the trip price per person. |
